# Club Car Wash Membership: The Terms for a Home With More Than One Car

> Each Club Car Wash membership covers one car, with no family plan we could find. Its printed prices, cancelling and refunds, damage exclusions and who owns it.

## The short version

- Every Club Car Wash membership covers one vehicle and “cannot be shared,” so a household with three cars runs three memberships, each billed on its own date.
- On 16 October 2026 the Washes page printed monthly memberships of $42 (MVP), $36 (Elite), $30 (VIP) and $24 (Rookie), plus tax, and single washes of $26, $21, $16 and $11. We found no family or second-car discount; business prices are $5 lower per car but need at least 6 vehicles.
- You can cancel at any time with one day’s notice through the web portal, the app, email or the support line. Washes continue to the next Recharge Date, and there are no refunds or credits for part of a month.
- Club Car Wash lists 12 things it is not responsible for damage to, including vehicles 7 years or older, “Any Kia Trim,” antennas, aftermarket wheels and chipped windshields. It tells you to report damage to the on-site team immediately and publishes no claims procedure.
- Disputes go to the Boone County Circuit Court in Missouri under Missouri law, with jury trial waived. Neither of its terms documents contains an arbitration clause.
- Club Car Wash Operating, LLC runs the washes. Wildcat Capital Management, a New York family office, lists it as an investment since 2019, and the company’s Acquisitions page claims over 260 locations in 14 states.

Club Car Wash is an express tunnel car wash chain from Columbia, Missouri, that sells four wash packages either one wash at a time or as an “Unlimited Club” monthly membership. For a household with more than one car, the rule that matters most is printed in its terms: a membership belongs to one vehicle, cannot be shared, and renews every month on the date that car signed up. On 16 October 2026 we read Club Car Wash’s [Washes page](https://clubcarwash.com/csp?id=washes), its [Terms of Use](https://clubcarwash.com/csp?id=terms_of_use) (revised May 8, 2026), the Terms and Conditions article those terms point to (last modified June 3, 2026), the [Vehicle Restrictions](https://clubcarwash.com/csp?id=vehicle_restrictions) page, the FAQ, and its business, rewards, referral, history and acquisitions pages. We also read its investor’s portfolio entry, a 2023 press release and a lender’s SEC filing. We did not sign up or log in, and this site has no commercial relationship with Club Car Wash or any car wash.

**Figure: Club Car Wash for a household with more than one car**

A two-column table of ten household situations at Club Car Wash: each car needs its own membership because memberships cover one vehicle and cannot be shared; no family discount is printed and business pricing needs at least 6 vehicles; each membership recharges monthly on its own sign-up date, with sign-ups on the 29th to 31st recharging on the 28th; a membership can be moved to a new car with notice and permission, but each FastPass sticker stays with one vehicle; cancelling needs one day's notice, washes continue to the next Recharge Date and there are no refunds; points cannot be combined across accounts and a referral reward covers one vehicle; vehicles 7 years or older are on the list Club Car Wash says it is not responsible for; pickup beds must be empty and hitches removed; by our arithmetic a second wash a month makes MVP, Elite or VIP membership cheaper than single washes and Rookie needs a third; and disputes go to Boone County Circuit Court under Missouri law with the jury waived.

## What each Club Car Wash package includes, and the prices it prints

The Washes page compares four packages. Each is sold as a single wash or as a monthly membership. The page names no location and carries no fine print; the prices below are the ones it showed on 16 October 2026.

**Club Car Wash’s four packages as its Washes page printed them (read 16 October 2026, before tax)**

| Package | Single wash | Monthly membership | What it adds to the package below it |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Rookie | $11 | $24 | The base wash: bug prep, pre-soak, spot-free rinse, blowers, microfiber towels, vacuums and compressed air (the page also lists “Trained Preps” and “Customer Support”) |
| VIP | $16 | $30 | Wheel Bright, Side Blaster and Tri-Foam |
| Elite | $21 | $36 | Lava Hot Wax, tire shine, scented soap, Foaminator Bath and underbody |
| MVP | $26 | $42 | Graphene Protection and Ceramic X³ Shine in place of Lava Hot Wax; everything else in Elite |

Under every package the page prints the same three membership perks: unlimited washes, “Wash Anywhere” and the Express Member Lane. The Unlimited Club page adds free vacuums and “Self-Grab Towels,” and says a membership bought at one location works “at ANY location.” The FAQ says every location has free self-service vacuums and detailing tools, that the packages include “high-powered dryers,” and that there is no touchless option: “our washes have friction.”

Two details are worth checking against how you use your cars. Underbody washing appears only in the MVP and Elite packages, 2 of the 4. If the point of washing in winter is to get road salt off the underside, as our guide to [protecting a car from rust](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/how-to-protect-your-car-from-rust/#prevention) explains, the VIP and Rookie washes do not list it. And Graphene Protection, which the FAQ describes as “exclusively available to MVP Members,” is listed in the MVP package, which is also sold as a single wash. The page does not say whether a single MVP wash includes it.

Club Car Wash attaches two caveats to its prices. Members are charged “an agreed upon amount plus tax,” and “Rates and plans are subject to change at any time without notice.” Section 5 of the Terms of Use adds that it does not warrant its pricing is “accurate, complete, or current.” The price at sign-up, plus tax, is the one that counts.

## How the Unlimited Club membership is billed

Section 2 of the Terms of Use, headed “AUTO-RENEWAL,” sets out the deal. “The Membership for each vehicle” starts when you hand over a valid debit or credit card and accept the terms, and it “will automatically renew monthly until canceled by you or Club Car Wash.” You must be 18 to create an account or buy a membership. The same section says, in capitals, that you keep the right to end the membership at any time “WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST OR PENALTY.”

Section 3 defines the date that drives everything else: “Your Recharge Date is the date you signed up for car wash services and is the date that you make a monthly payment.” There is one exception for short months. A membership started on the 29th, 30th or 31st recharges on the 28th of the following month “and continue[s] recharging thereafter on the 28th.”

At the wash, members use a FastPass, an RFID sticker on the windshield that the FAQ says lets members “drive through quickly without stopping for payment.”

Three more terms shape what a month of membership is worth:

- **Club Car Wash can end it too.** The Terms and Conditions say it “may cancel my plan at any time at its discretion, but plan shall be cancelled for failure to pay.”
- **A closed wash is not a paused membership.** Club Car Wash says it “typically” stays open at zero degrees or above but may close locations in extreme weather, and that a membership is not paused when that happens. The Terms and Conditions add that services “may be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.”
- **Promotions come with it.** The Terms and Conditions say customers “agree to opt in to receive email and SMS promotions” and may unsubscribe at any time. The Privacy Policy (revised February 13, 2026) says mobile opt-in data “will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.”

## One car, one membership: what a household pays

The Terms and Conditions put it in one line: “All memberships are for one vehicle only and cannot be shared.” Section 2 of the Terms of Use opens with “The Membership for each vehicle,” and the FAQ says FastPasses “are assigned to a single vehicle.” Club Car Wash’s own Unlimited Club page shows what that looks like in practice: one of the testimonials it chose is from a customer with “the Elite wash for all three of my vehicles,” which under these terms means three memberships.

We looked for a family plan, a second-car discount or a multi-vehicle membership on every page we read and found none. The only multi-vehicle pricing Club Car Wash prints is on its Business Accounts page: memberships at $37, $31, $25 and $19 a month (against regular prices of $42, $36, $30 and $24, so $5 less per car by our arithmetic), with a “MINIMUM OF 6 VEHICLES,” and prepaid bulk plans of 50 or 100 washes at $10 to $16 a wash that “NEVER EXPIRE.” The page is written for company vehicles and does not say whether a household could qualify; with six or more cars, ask first.

For everyone else the arithmetic is simple, because each car pays the full monthly price for the package chosen for it:

**What one to four cars cost a month at Club Car Wash’s printed prices (our arithmetic, before tax, 16 October 2026)**

| Cars | MVP | Elite | VIP | Rookie |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | $42 | $36 | $30 | $24 |
| 2 | $84 | $72 | $60 | $48 |
| 3 | $126 | $108 | $90 | $72 |
| 4 | $168 | $144 | $120 | $96 |

Over 12 months, one car on today’s prices comes to $504 on MVP, $432 on Elite, $360 on VIP and $288 on Rookie before tax, by our arithmetic. The cars do not have to be on the same package: each membership is charged “pursuant to the plan chosen by the Member,” so one car on MVP and another on Rookie would be $66 a month.

### Which cars are worth a membership

Because membership is per car, the useful question is per car too: how often does each one actually go through the wash? Comparing Club Car Wash’s own single-wash and monthly prices, a membership costs less than paying per wash once a car is washed twice in a month on MVP ($52 in single washes against $42), Elite ($42 against $36) or VIP ($32 against $30). On Rookie it takes a third wash ($33 against $24; two washes are $22). A car washed once a month costs less on single washes at every level. In a household where one car is washed weekly and another rarely, nothing in the terms requires you to enrol both.

### Several cars, several billing dates

Each membership recharges on its own sign-up date, so cars that joined on different days are charged on different days of the month. We found nothing in the terms or the FAQ about moving a Recharge Date once it is set. If you want the charges together, sign the cars up on the same day; if that day is the 29th, 30th or 31st, the terms move it to the 28th.

## Replacing a car, the FastPass and a new driver

Households change cars, and the membership can follow, with permission. The Terms and Conditions say “Transfer to a different or new motor vehicle is allowed with notice to and permission from Club Car Wash.” The FAQ is more relaxed: “if you get a new car, we can transfer your Membership online or on-site.” The FastPass does not move with it, because each sticker is assigned to one vehicle. Neither page says whether a replacement sticker costs anything, so ask when you transfer.

If you sell a car with a FastPass on the windshield, its membership keeps renewing until you transfer or cancel it, so do one or the other before the car leaves.

A newly licensed driver’s car follows the same per-vehicle rule, but section 2 requires you to be 18 to create an account or buy a membership, so a younger driver’s car goes on an adult’s account.

## Cancelling, pausing and the no-refund rule

Section 3 of the Terms of Use is headed “Cancellation By You.” It says you “may cancel your Membership at any time by giving one day notice,” and that cancellations must go through one of four routes: the online web portal, the app, an email to Club Car Wash’s contact address, or its support line. The Terms and Conditions repeat the same four routes and the same “1 day notice.”

What happens next is also in section 3. Washes on a cancelled membership “continue through the end of the current billing period up to the next Recharge Date,” and “Paid Membership fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used Membership periods.” (That sentence appears twice in a row in the published terms.) The FAQ says the same in plain words: “Memberships are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.”

So the time to cancel is before a car’s Recharge Date, not after it. With several memberships, that is several dates to track.

**Cancel each car separately, and keep proof.** Name the vehicle, use a route that leaves a record (the portal, the app or email), do it at least a day before that car’s Recharge Date, and keep the confirmation. The Contact Us form is not a cancellation route: it says “You’re not able to cancel your membership through this form.”

Pausing is a different matter. Club Car Wash’s home page tells members to “Pause, change or cancel anytime through the Club Car Wash Mobile App or online portal,” and the site has a pause page. But that page sits behind a log-in, and neither the Terms of Use nor the Terms and Conditions mentions pausing at all. We could not read how long a pause lasts, whether it is billed, or how it affects the Recharge Date. If a car will be off the road for a while, get those answers in writing first.

Federal law sets a floor here. [15 U.S.C. 8403](https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/USCODE-2024-title15/html/USCODE-2024-title15-chap110-sec8403.htm), headed “Negative option marketing on the Internet,” says a business that charges for goods or services sold online through a negative option feature must disclose all material terms before taking billing information, get the consumer’s “express informed consent,” and provide “simple mechanisms for a consumer to stop recurring charges.” We do not assess whether any company meets it.

Because an unpaid plan is cancelled under the Terms and Conditions, update an expired card before the Recharge Date; the FAQ says you can do that online, in the app or at a location.

## Rewards points and referrals don’t stretch across a household

Club Car Wash runs a points scheme through its app called Platinum Rewards. Its page offers members “$5 off your Membership when you earn 250 points.” The FAQ says points can go toward upgrades, discounts, gifts, donations, events, gift cards and raffle entries, that redemption is subject to “tier-based limits” it does not describe, and that points expire 365 days after they are earned and cannot be turned into cash.

For a family, two FAQ answers matter: points “cannot be combined across different accounts” and are “non-transferable.” Two adults with their own accounts keep separate points.

The Refer A Friend page works the same way, one vehicle at a time. Its FAQ says the reward is applied “at your next membership recharge date,” that only new customers count (not current members, nor anyone who has been a member “within the past 60 days”), that plan changes are not allowed while the promotional discount runs, and that the membership then “will automatically return to the regular monthly price.” On households it is explicit: “The promotion is limited to one vehicle per membership,” and the referred friend’s discount also “applies to one vehicle only per new member.” The page does not print how long the promotional period lasts.

## Damage: what Club Car Wash says it is not responsible for

Club Car Wash’s FAQ answers the damage question in two sentences: “We take every precaution to protect your vehicle, but if an issue arises, please report it to our on-site team immediately.” Everything else is in its exclusions, printed on the Vehicle Restrictions page under the heading “Vehicle Restrictions and Limits of Liability” and again, with small differences, in the Terms and Conditions article.

**Club Car Wash’s Vehicle Restrictions page, as printed (read 16 October 2026; no date on the page)**

| Club Car Wash “is not responsible for damages caused by” | Club Car Wash “is not responsible for damages to any of the following” |
| --- | --- |
| Vehicles taller than 86″ | Vehicles 7 years or older |
| Vehicles wider than 73″, measured from the inside of the driver’s tire to the outside of the passenger’s | Any Kia trim |
| Trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of debris | Bug shields or rain guards of any kind; any style of antenna |
| Full-size Hummers | Aftermarket wheels or extended valve stems; power running boards in the down position |
| “Select” trucks with ladder racks | Windshields with prior chips or cracks; non-factory parts and accessories; all externally attached items |
| Vehicles with tires wider than 12.5″ or dual tires | Pre-existing paint imperfections; any prior vehicle damage; accidents due to driver negligence |

That is 18 items by our count. In a household, the older car may be the one under “Vehicles 7 Years or Older,” and the page does not say whether age runs from the model year or the date of sale. “Any Kia Trim” is listed without explanation. Roof racks, bike carriers and tow balls sit on the outside of a car, and the list excludes “All Externally Attached Items.” If a windshield has a chip, our page on [windshield repair and replacement](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/windshield-replacement-cost/#repair-or-replace) covers when a chip can still be repaired.

The Terms and Conditions add rules for drivers and for trucks. Every customer agrees to “the following Four Rules”: car in neutral, foot off brake, hands off wheel, wipers off. Breaking them, the article says, makes the customer “responsible for all damages to themselves, others and property,” and the rules “are posted at every Club Car Wash location.” For trucks it goes further than the restrictions page: “All pickup beds must be empty. No exceptions,” you must remove a hitch or “be responsible for all damages as a result of failing to remove hitches,” and trucks with external fuel pump hoses “MUST BE SECURED.”

**Figure: Annotated photograph**

Three numbered callouts over the photograph mark the roof, a front corner by the wheel and the windshield, each with one fact from Club Car Wash’s Terms and Conditions and FAQ.

Club Car Wash’s Terms and Conditions and FAQ, read on 16 October 2026: Any style antenna is on Club Car Wash’s list of parts it is not responsible for (callout 1); Aftermarket wheels and extended valve stems are excluded from damage responsibility (callout 2); Chipped or cracked windshield? Excluded. Report any new damage on site at once (callout 3). The photograph is illustrative.

The Terms of Use set the outer limit. Section 12 says that “UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CLUB BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL” or other damages relating to its car wash services. The same section then concedes that “You may have additional rights under certain laws (including consumer laws)” and that exclusions which directly conflict with such laws “may not apply to you.” Section 11 makes stopping use of the service your “SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.” The Terms and Conditions article ends: “I agree that liability is limited pursuant to the terms stated at Vehicle Restrictions which may change without notice.”

Club Car Wash publishes no claims process: no form, deadline or response time beyond telling the on-site team at once. Its Contact Us form has a “Complaint” category and accepts attachments. Because “Pre-Existing Paint Imperfections” and “Any Prior Vehicle Damage” are excluded, a dispute will turn on whether a mark was there before the wash. For small dents, our page on [paintless dent repair](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/dent-wizard/#what-pdr-fixes) explains what that can and cannot fix.

**Photograph every car before its first wash.** Take dated pictures of each panel, the wheels, the windshield and anything attached, for every car you enrol. If something happens in the tunnel, stop and report it on site before you leave, photograph it there, and follow up through the Contact Us form with the pictures attached.

## The terms: Missouri law, one county court, no jury

The Terms of Use (revised May 8, 2026) bind you through the website and app and through “IN-PERSON USE OF OUR CAR WASH SERVICES,” so driving through a tunnel counts as agreeing. Club Car Wash may change them “AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU,” with changes effective “immediately upon posting.”

Section 14 decides where a dispute goes. Missouri law applies, and disputes “shall be taken up exclusively in the Boone County Circuit Court.” It adds that “all parties hereto waive their right to a jury trial” and ends: “The law of forum and the law of non conveniens is expressly waived by both parties.” We read the Terms of Use and the Terms and Conditions in full and found no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in either. For a household in Texas, Colorado or Minnesota, the practical point is that the terms name one county court in Missouri.

Three other clauses are worth knowing:

- **Indemnity (section 10).** You agree to indemnify Club Car Wash for claims and costs, including “reasonable attorney’s fees,” related to your breach of the agreement or your use of its services.
- **As-is service (sections 5 and 11).** The site, app and car wash services are provided “as is,” use is “AT YOUR SOLE RISK,” and Club Car Wash disclaims all warranties, express, statutory and implied, adding that where a jurisdiction does not allow such limits, “THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.”
- **Personal use (section 7).** The license to use the site, app and washes is “solely for your own personal use,” and the site and app are for “personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified.” Company vehicles have their own route, the business accounts described above.

The Privacy Policy says Club Car Wash may share information “with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us.” The next section covers who stands behind the company.

## Who owns Club Car Wash, and how big it is

The company you contract with is Club Car Wash Operating, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; the Privacy Policy says the car washes, app and website are “owned and operated” by it. Club Car Wash’s Our Story page traces it to 2006, when it was “Founded in Columbia, MO, as a family-owned business, Tiger Express Car Wash.” It rebranded as Club Car Wash in 2019, the same year the page says it “Partnered with Wildcat Capital.” It lists Travis Kelce joining “as an investor” in 2020.

Is Club Car Wash owned by private equity? The investor named in the primary sources is Wildcat Capital Management. Wildcat’s own website lists Club Car Wash in its portfolio with “Status: Active” and “Initial Investment Year: 2019,” headquartered in Columbia, Missouri. A press release Sculptor Capital Management published on October 16, 2023 describes Wildcat as “a New York-based family office” that was “established in 2011 as a single-family investment office,” and announces that Wildcat’s car-wash platform, “which includes Club Car Wash and Express Wash Concepts,” had received “a significant growth investment from Sculptor Real Estate.” So the backer is a family office, joined in 2023 by a real-estate investor in the wider platform. None of these documents says who holds what share of Club Car Wash.

The company also borrows. MidCap Financial Investment Corporation’s 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, filed with the SEC on August 6, 2026, lists Club Car Wash Operating, LLC in its schedule of investments with three first-lien secured facilities (a term loan, a delayed-draw loan and a revolver), each maturing on June 16, 2027. That is a lender’s record, not an ownership stake, and it says nothing about how the washes are run. We found no SEC filing by Club Car Wash itself; it is a private company, and it appears on EDGAR only in other companies’ filings.

On size, Sculptor’s 2023 release counted “140+ locations” in 10 states. A Club Car Wash news item counted “199 locations across 11 states” before its 200th opening, which Our Story places in 2024, and the 250th opened on December 4, 2025. Today the Acquisitions page claims “over 260 locations across the Midwest and Southeast” and lists 14 current market states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.

We could not add an independent view of complaints: the Better Business Bureau’s site blocked our request, and we found no regulator action naming Club Car Wash in the searches we ran.

## Where Club Car Wash’s own pages disagree, and what they leave out

- **Trucks.** The Vehicle Restrictions page says “Select Trucks with Ladder Racks” and uncovered beds; the Terms and Conditions say all ladder-rack trucks, all beds empty with “No exceptions,” and add hitch and fuel-hose rules the page omits.
- **Pausing.** The home page offers “Pause, change or cancel anytime”; neither terms document mentions a pause, and the pause page needs a log-in.
- **Ways to cancel and Graphene.** The terms list four ways to cancel, the home page two. Graphene is “exclusively available to MVP Members” but listed in a package also sold as a single wash.
- **State counts.** Our Story says operations reached 13 states in 2025 and never mentions Alabama; the Acquisitions page lists 14 current markets, Alabama included. Wildcat describes the footprint as “the Midwest, Mountain West, and South”; Club Car Wash says “the Midwest and Southeast.”
- **The terms themselves.** Section 3 prints its no-refund sentence twice, the numbering jumps from 15 to 17, and the terms say the current version can be reviewed at the home page address rather than the terms page.

Not published anywhere we looked: a family or multi-car plan, a damage-claim procedure, how pausing works, whether a Recharge Date can be moved, what a replacement FastPass costs, how long a referral promotion lasts, and what the rewards “tier-based limits” are.

## Before you sign up a second car: a checklist

- **Decide car by car.** Count how often each car really goes through. By our arithmetic a membership beats single washes from the second wash a month on MVP, Elite or VIP and from the third on Rookie; a car washed once a month is cheaper paying per wash.
- **Pick the package per car.** Each membership is billed on the plan chosen for it. If winter salt is the reason you wash, note that only MVP and Elite list an underbody wash.
- **Choose the sign-up day.** It becomes that car’s Recharge Date. Cars enrolled on the same day are charged on the same day; the 29th to 31st become the 28th.
- **Check each car against the restrictions.** Age (7 years or older), any Kia trim, height over 86″, width over 73″, tires wider than 12.5″ or duals, aftermarket wheels, racks and anything attached.
- **Photograph each car.** Dated pictures of every panel, the wheels and the windshield, before the first wash.
- **Brief every driver.** Neutral, foot off the brake, hands off the wheel, wipers off. Pickup beds empty, hitches removed, external fuel hoses secured.
- **Decide whose account each car goes on.** Account holders must be 18, and points cannot be combined or transferred between accounts.
- **Write down every Recharge Date.** To cancel one car, give at least a day’s notice before its date, through the portal, app or email, and keep the confirmation. There are no refunds for part of a month.
- **When a car leaves the household,** transfer or cancel its membership before it goes; the FastPass stays on that windshield.

We read the published terms of other service chains the same way on our pages about [Take 5 oil changes](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/take-5-oil-change/) and [Jiffy Lube](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/jiffy-lube-oil-change/), and of other car wash chains on our pages about [Quick Quack](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/quick-quack-car-wash/), [Flagship Carwash](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/flagship-carwash/) and [Whistle Express](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/whistle-express-car-wash/).

## Common questions

### How much is a Club Car Wash membership?

On 16 October 2026 Club Car Wash’s Washes page printed $42 a month for MVP, $36 for Elite, $30 for VIP and $24 for Rookie, per car, and its Terms and Conditions add tax. Single washes were $26, $21, $16 and $11. The terms say rates and plans can change without notice, so check the price at sign-up.

### How do I cancel a Club Car Wash membership?

Through the online portal, the app, by email or through the support line, with one day’s notice, according to section 3 of the Terms of Use. Washes continue until the next Recharge Date, and paid fees are not refunded, so cancel at least a day before that date. The Contact Us form cannot cancel a membership. With more than one car, cancel each membership and keep each confirmation.

### Does Club Car Wash have a family plan?

We found none on any Club Car Wash page we read, and no second-car discount. Each car needs its own membership at the full monthly price for its package. Lower per-car prices are printed only for business accounts, with a minimum of 6 vehicles.

### Can I use one Club Car Wash membership on two cars?

No. The Terms and Conditions say “All memberships are for one vehicle only and cannot be shared,” and each FastPass is assigned to one vehicle. You can move a membership to a new or different car with notice to, and permission from, Club Car Wash.

### What happens if Club Car Wash damages my car?

Club Car Wash says to report it to the on-site team immediately. Its Vehicle Restrictions page lists vehicles and parts it says it is not responsible for, including vehicles 7 years or older, any Kia trim and chipped windshields, and its Terms of Use limit its liability. It publishes no claims form or deadline, so photograph the damage on site and follow up in writing.
