# GO Car Wash: Membership Terms, Cancelling and the Washes It Bought

> GO Car Wash bought 23 local washes by 2022 and renamed them. What its terms say about billing, cancelling 5 business days ahead, one car per plan and damage.

## The short version

- GO Car Wash is an express tunnel chain launched in 2019 by Imperial Capital, a Toronto private equity firm. It grew by buying local washes and putting its own name on them: its own releases count 23 acquisitions by May 2022, and its website lists 156 locations today.
- No GO document we read says what happened to the unlimited memberships of a wash it bought. GO’s Unlimited Wash Membership Terms (effective December 26, 2025) bind anyone who enrolls with GO.
- A membership covers one personal-use vehicle and renews automatically. The terms say to cancel at least 5 business days before renewal; GO’s FAQ says 7. There are no refunds for unused days.
- GO identifies members by camera, reading the rear license plate. If it can’t, it fits an RFID sticker to the windshield. Enrolling authorizes GO to capture and store your plate data.
- The terms exclude damage from five listed causes, from aftermarket racks and antennas to “Customer driving behavior,” say use is “at your own risk,” and set out no claim process or deadline.
- Disputes go to individual arbitration in your home state. GO promises at least 21 days’ notice of a price change.

GO Car Wash is an exterior express car wash chain: you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through the tunnel, then use free vacuums, towels and glass cleaner. It started in 2019 and grew by buying local chains in the Kansas City area, Texas, Virginia, upstate New York, California and Oregon, renaming them GO, and by building new sites. On 16 October 2026 we read GO’s [Unlimited Wash Membership Terms](https://gocarwash.com/memberships-terms-and-conditions), its Website Terms of Use, its [Help and FAQ page](https://gocarwash.com/help-faqs), its membership, wash, fleet, story, home and privacy pages and two of its blog posts; 16 of GO’s own news releases from 2019 to 2024; and its owner’s pages on the investment. GO’s terms bar scraping and automated tools, so we read each GO page once. This site has no commercial relationship with GO Car Wash, Imperial Capital or any car wash.

**Figure: GO Car Wash membership terms, by situation**

Nine situations a GO Unlimited member may be in, each with what GO’s membership terms, FAQ or releases say: no word on how a bought wash’s plans carried over, cancel 5 business days ahead (7 in the FAQ), no refunds, transfer rules that differ, one car per plan, no ride-share cars, 21 days’ notice of a price rise, plate cameras or a windshield sticker, five damage exclusions with no claim process, and arbitration in your home state.

## How GO Car Wash grew: buying local washes and renaming them

GO was built to buy. When Imperial Capital announced it on February 19, 2019, the release called GO “the nation’s newest express car wash platform” and quoted its first chief operating officer, JT Thomson, saying GO would expand “through a significant number of acquisitions.” Imperial’s page on the investment describes its approach in three words: “Back, Buy and Build.”

The first purchase came that spring. GO’s release of May 8, 2019 says it bought Travel Clean Express Car Wash in Overland Park, Kansas, and Lee’s Summit, Missouri, its “inaugural acquisition.” Three years later, on May 5, 2022, GO said it had “successfully completed 23 high quality acquisitions in our short history” and had 106 operating sites. The releases we could read name 11 of the businesses it bought before that date, so by our arithmetic 12 of those 23 are not named in any GO release we could read. Business Wire, where search results point to other GO releases, refused every request we made, and we have not filled the gap from trade magazines or deal databases.

The table lists every acquisition announced in the GO releases we read, with the size GO gave for itself after each deal.

**Acquisitions announced in GO Car Wash’s own releases (PR Newswire and PRWeb, read 16 October 2026)**

| Release date | Business GO bought | Where | What GO said it bought | GO’s size after the deal |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| May 8, 2019 | Travel Clean Express Car Wash | Overland Park, Kansas, and Lee’s Summit, Missouri | Its first acquisition | Not stated |
| August 26, 2020 | Bee Clean Car Washes | San Antonio, Texas | 8 sites (7 open, 1 being built) | 31 locations |
| December 8, 2020 | Pirate’s Cove Car Wash | Schertz, Texas | 1 site | 33 locations |
| June 23, 2021 | Champion / Dale Shine Xpress | Texas | 11 open and 14 development sites | Not stated |
| August 11, 2021 | Rio Car Wash | Fredericksburg, Virginia | 7 sites | 60 locations |
| October 13, 2021 | Royal Car Wash | Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse, New York | 14 sites, with 10 more to be built | 77 locations |
| December 2, 2021 | Valley Car Wash and Hog Wash Express | Winchester and Richmond, Virginia | Two washes, plus an operating agreement with a third | 82 locations |
| March 8, 2022 | Three Express Car Wash sites (“Splash” in the headline) | Hemet, Riverside and Loma Linda, California | 3 sites | 89 locations |
| April 19, 2022 | Wash N’ Roll Express | Austin, Texas | 8 washes, with 5 more to be built | 97 locations |
| April 21, 2022 | Valley View Express Wash | Harrisonburg, Virginia | 2 washes and 1 in development | 100 locations |
| July 20, 2022 | Genie Express Car Wash | Austin, Texas | Not stated | 9 locations in the Austin area |
| September 9, 2022 | Wash N’ Go Depot | Medford, Oregon | 3 sites | 115 locations |
| October 28, 2022 | Superior Car Wash | Utica, New York | Not stated | 16 locations from Buffalo to Utica |
| January 19, 2023 | Moreno Valley Car Wash | Moreno Valley, California | Not stated | 126 locations |

By our count, these 14 releases name 15 businesses. Sellers are often quoted saying customers will be “in excellent hands,” and three say the business will carry on “under the GO Car Wash name.” The Oregon release sets out the method: “We enter markets with a platform acquisition of 3+ sites and then follow with aggressive acquisition and greenfield development.” GO’s chief operating officer explained why size matters: “Customers appreciate having a network of car washes to choose from, resulting in higher membership levels and better retention.”

The latest GO releases we found are about new openings rather than purchases. The release of August 7, 2024 announced the 150th location, a newly built wash in Overland Park, Kansas. By December 2023, Imperial said, all 142 locations then open were operating “under the ‘GO Car Wash’ banner.”

## If your local wash was bought and now says GO

This is the question GO’s documents leave open. We found no statement of what happened to the unlimited members of a wash GO bought: whether they kept their price, moved onto GO’s terms, had to sign up again or were cancelled. Neither set of GO terms says, nor do its FAQ and other pages, the 16 releases we read or Imperial Capital’s pages. GO’s site has a page titled “Acquisitions,” but it showed only the heading.

The releases point one way. GO promised in the Wash N’ Roll release to “continue to bring exceptional service to their existing customers,” and a December 2020 release described memberships that “can be used at any GO Car Wash location.” They describe customers being folded into one GO network, but none says on what terms.

Four things in GO’s current terms matter most if you were moved across:

- **Which contract applies.** “By enrolling in a UW membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.” They do not mention members who enrolled with a chain GO later bought.
- **Price changes.** GO may change prices “at our sole discretion” but promises “you will be notified at least 21 days in advance via email, posted signage, or updates on our website.” If your price changed after a rename, look for that notice.
- **Your plate.** “By enrolling, you authorize GO Car Wash to capture, store, and process license plate data.” Plate cameras are GO’s default; its own RFID sticker is the fallback.
- **The cancel deadline.** Whatever your old wash allowed, GO’s terms ask for at least 5 business days’ notice before renewal, and its FAQ asks for 7.

**Check what you are paying for.** No GO document says what a bought wash’s membership became. If a monthly car wash charge is still on your card after your wash turned into a GO, ask a GO site which plan and price you are on, get the answer in writing or by email, and cancel at least 7 business days before the next renewal if you don’t want it. That meets both of GO’s deadlines.

## The washes, as GO describes them

GO doesn’t print one national menu. Its wash page has a button marked “Select Your Region for Wash Prices” that leads into GO’s online store, which we did not open, and the membership page says “Pricing may vary by location.”

GO’s own sitemap shows how the menus are organised. Most regions list four washes whose web addresses end in go-basic, go-select, go-big and go-premier; Austin and California add a go-big-plus, Las Vegas has a go-big-ceramic, and Oregon has a three-wash menu (go-clean, go-shine and go-big). The wash page refers to the third tier as “GO Big! Wash,” and says a “Free dash wipe or air freshener” comes with it and every wash above it.

We could read one regional menu in full, Oregon’s, a market GO’s 2024 release gave 3 sites. Its top wash lists 12 items, including “Graphene,” “Ceramic Shield,” “Underbody Blast,” “2x Wheel Cleaner” and a “48hr Guarantee” that no GO page we read explains; its cheapest lists two, “Wheel Cleaner” and “Clearcoat Protectant.” That menu also printed single-wash and monthly prices. We have not reproduced them: they cover one small region.

Some things are the same everywhere, by GO’s account:

- **Free extras.** “High-Powered Vacuums,” “Microfiber Towels” and “Glass Cleaner” come with every wash. The home page says a wash takes “under three minutes.”
- **Outside only, with one exception.** “We only offer interior and detail services at our Independence, MO location.”
- **A rewash, if you ask on the spot.** The home page’s “Rewash Guarantee”: “If your wash isn’t flawless, tell a GO teammate before you leave.” It is about how clean the car is, not damage.
- **Size limits are local.** “All stock vehicles can fit at all of our locations,” but GO asks owners of lifted trucks or cars with wide wheels, bumper changes or roof racks to check with a manager first, and says “Ford Raptors can only come through a few of our GO locations.”

If you drive on salted winter roads, our guide to [protecting a car from rust](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/how-to-protect-your-car-from-rust/#prevention) explains why the underbody wash matters. On the Oregon menu we read, the underbody wash starts at the middle tier, not the cheapest.

## How GO Unlimited bills you

GO sells its membership as “Like Streaming for your car”: one wash level, washed “As often as you’d like,” for “one flat rate” a month, with “Member-Only lanes.” The rules on money are in sections 2 and 5 of the membership terms:

- **Start.** A membership bought online “will activate within 12-24 hours,” after which it works “at any GO Car Wash location nationwide.” You need “a credit or debit card,” according to the FAQ.
- **Renewal.** “UW memberships automatically renew each month. Your payment method will be charged the applicable rate every 30 days until canceled.” By enrolling you authorize GO “to charge your card monthly without additional notice, unless required by law.”
- **Which day.** The FAQ says your card is “charged monthly on your anniversary date,” and that members who joined on the 29th, 30th or 31st are charged on the 28th “for consistent payment dates.”
- **Promotional rates.** A promotional rate applies “for the specified duration,” after which the membership renews “at the standard rate.” GO may “revoke promotional pricing if misuse is detected.”
- **Failed payments.** GO “may suspend your membership until a valid payment method is provided,” and “You are responsible for any bank fees resulting from failed payments.”
- **Messages.** Enrolling is consent to email or texts about “your account, renewals, promotions, or service changes”; you can opt out of marketing texts only.
- **Changing wash level.** “You can change your package any time at your convenient GO location.”

“Every 30 days” and “monthly on your anniversary date” are not the same thing. By our arithmetic, a charge on the day you join and every 30 days after falls 13 times in a year, against 12 for a charge on the same date each month. The FAQ describes the monthly version; if your statement shows charges drifting earlier each month, ask GO which rule it applies.

**Prepaid plans.** The membership page also sells unlimited washing for 6 months, and for 12 months under the banner “Buy 11 Months, Get 1 Free.” The membership terms never mention prepaid plans. Their only words on the point are general: “All membership sales are final.” Before you prepay, ask what happens to unused months if you sell the car.

## One car per plan: vehicles, transfers, plates and your data

**One vehicle.** Section 4.1 is headed “One Vehicle Per Membership”: “Each UW membership is valid for one personal-use vehicle. Commercial vehicles, ride-share, taxis, or limousines are excluded unless enrolled through a business or fleet plan.” Businesses can buy fleet plans at “One flat monthly rate per vehicle.”

**Families.** A GO blog post from April 2026 describes family plans covering “multiple cars in your household at a discounted rate” and says that at GO, “Adding vehicles is straightforward, pricing is transparent.” No GO page we read prints a price for a second car, and the terms speak only of one vehicle per membership. Ask the site what each extra car costs.

**Selling or replacing the car.** Here GO’s documents point in different directions. Section 4.2 of the terms says to remove any RFID sticker “and visit any GO Car Wash location to cancel or transfer the membership to a new vehicle,” and warns that “Charges continue until the cancellation or transfer is completed.” The FAQ says the plan “is not transferable.” Do it in person, ask which of the two happened, and keep the email GO says it sends after an update. If your car is lost or stolen, section 4.3 says to tell GO promptly, “Otherwise, the membership may continue to be used, and you will remain responsible for charges.”

**The cameras.** GO’s membership page explains how a member gets in: “Cameras positioned behind your vehicle scan your license plate,” software “automatically matches your vehicle to your account,” and payment goes through on your saved card. It “only works if there’s a clean, unobstructed view of your plate.” The FAQ says that without a rear plate, “we will apply a RFID sticker to your windshield,” and the terms say the sticker and membership number “remain GO Car Wash property.” If you buy a used car with an old wash sticker on the glass, have it removed so the right account is charged.

**Your data.** GO’s privacy policy (last modified June 2025) lists “License plate and vehicle information” and “Images collected by security cameras at our locations” among what it collects. It uses automated plate recognition “to identify and authenticate customers, associate vehicles with customers who have subscriptions or loyalty accounts with us, and bill for services,” says “We do not sell ALPR information to other persons,” and keeps it “only as long as it is needed for business and legal compliance purposes.” It also says GO “may record in-person interactions” with staff, “such as sales representatives stationed at car wash tunnel entrances,” for training and quality checks.

## Cancelling and refunds

GO says there is “no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time.” The timing is where its documents differ:

- **The membership terms, section 5.1:** “you must cancel your membership at least 5 business days before your renewal date,” online at gocarwash.com, at any location, or through customer support.
- **The FAQ, on how to cancel:** online or with a team member at your local GO, “(please allow 7 days to process).”
- **The FAQ, on how long it takes:** “any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged.”
- **The terms, section 11.1, for California:** “You can cancel online at any time prior to your next billing cycle.”

By our arithmetic, for a renewal on Monday, December 14, 2026, 5 business days before is Monday, December 7, and 7 business days before is Thursday, December 3. Cancelling by the earlier date meets every version. Either way, “Access continues until the end of the current billing period,” so you keep washing until the paid month runs out.

There is no refund for that month. Section 5.2: “All membership sales are final. We do not issue refunds or credits for unused days, partial months, or mid-cycle cancellations.” The FAQ says the same: “No refunds will be given when discontinuing.” GO’s site lists a page called “Refund and Cancellation Policy,” but when we read it, it showed only its heading.

The FAQ says you will “receive an email confirmation” after you cancel. GO’s contact form is the slow route: “It may take up to 5 business days for a response through this form,” and GO itself recommends “reaching out directly to your local GO Car Wash.” Federal law on plans sold online with automatic renewal requires sellers to provide “simple mechanisms for a consumer to stop recurring charges”; GO’s own pages offer the website and any location.

**Cancel early and keep the email.** Cancel at least 7 business days before your renewal date, online or at a GO site, and keep the confirmation email GO says it sends. If no email arrives, go back to a site before the renewal date. Then check your next card statement.

**Figure: Annotated photograph**

Three numbered callouts over the photograph mark the rear plate area, the rear deck and the side glass, each with one fact from GO Car Wash’s membership terms and FAQ.

GO Car Wash’s membership terms and FAQ, read on 16 October 2026: GO’s cameras read the rear plate to match a car to its membership (callout 1); Racks, antennas, spoilers and retractable mirrors are on GO’s damage exclusion list (callout 2); No readable rear plate? GO fits an RFID sticker to the windshield instead (callout 3). The photograph is illustrative.

## If the wash damages your car

GO’s blog is reassuring. A post from April 2026 says “the risk of exterior trim damage is minimal,” and advises skipping “a mechanical car wash if you have any loose parts, pre-existing damage, or unsecured items on or in the vehicle.” The membership terms are shorter and firmer. Section 7, “Damage & Liability Disclaimer,” says “GO Car Wash is not liable for damage resulting from” five things:

**The damage GO Car Wash’s membership terms (section 7) exclude, read 16 October 2026, with our own examples of what each can include**

| Item as GO lists it | Our examples of what it can include |
| --- | --- |
| Pre-existing damage or vehicle condition | Chips, cracks, peeling clear coat or loose trim that was there before the wash |
| Aftermarket accessories or modifications (racks, antennas, spoilers) | Roof and bike racks, add-on antennas, spoilers and other non-factory parts |
| Loose parts, retractable mirrors, or running boards | Anything not firmly fixed, folding mirrors and powered or fixed side steps |
| Unsecured items in or on the vehicle | Things left in a truck bed, on a roof or hanging from the car |
| Customer driving behavior | Steering, braking or accelerating on the conveyor |

The section ends: “Use of our services is at your own risk. Please prepare your vehicle appropriately before entering the wash tunnel.” Unlike the list of exclusions, the membership terms set out no claim procedure, no deadline for reporting damage and no statement of what GO pays when it accepts that it was at fault. The Website Terms cap GO’s liability at “one hundred dollars ($100),” but that clause covers “your use of the Website,” not the wash itself.

Because the terms give no process, the practical steps carry the weight:

- Fold mirrors, lower antennas and remove loose racks before the tunnel, as GO’s own blog suggests.
- Look the car over before you leave the site and photograph anything new, with the time and the site’s sign in the frame if you can.
- Tell the site manager the same day and ask for the report in writing or by email; GO says site teams are the fastest way to reach it.
- Note that GO’s FAQ says its system uses “RFID, License Plate Recognition, and sophisticated cameras to identify and verify each vehicle,” so ask for the footage to be kept.

For a repair estimate, our pages on [Dent Wizard](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/dent-wizard/) (one dent repair company’s own terms) and on [what a windshield replacement costs](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/windshield-replacement-cost/) may help.

## Arbitration and the two sets of terms

Section 9 of the membership terms sends disputes out of court:

- **Arbitration.** “Any disputes arising from your membership will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to trial by jury and class action lawsuits.”
- **Where.** “Arbitration will occur in your state of residence or another mutually agreed location.”
- **Exceptions.** “Claims filed in small claims court or for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property are exempt.” Small claims court stays open.
- **One at a time.** “Disputes must be resolved individually. No class actions or consolidated proceedings permitted.”
- **Which law.** “the laws of the state where your membership originated.” The terms don’t say which state that is for a member of a wash GO bought.

We found no opt-out from arbitration in the membership terms, and no time limit for bringing a claim.

The Website Terms of Use (effective April 14, 2025) cover the site itself and say purchases made there “are governed by our Unlimited Membership Terms & Conditions.” They add their own rules for disputes about using the website: AAA arbitration, a written notice first to GO’s legal department in Greenwood Village, Colorado, a 30-day attempt to settle informally, and Colorado law. They also state that “Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice,” while the membership terms promise 21 days’ notice for membership prices.

## Who owns GO Car Wash, and how big it is

GO is privately owned by Imperial Capital Group Ltd., a Toronto private equity firm. Imperial’s launch release of February 19, 2019 says “Go Car Wash is Imperial Capital’s first investment for Imperial Capital Acquisition Fund VII,” and its investment page, read on 16 October 2026, gives the investment date as 2019, from Fund VII, and its status as “Active.” On December 12, 2023, Imperial announced that GO had “received a significant growth investment from a privately-held investment firm,” which it did not name; “Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.” We found no primary source naming that investor and have not guessed.

Leadership and headquarters have moved. Imperial’s launch release named Darren Skarecky as chief executive and JT Thomson as chief operating officer, with GO “headquartered in Phoenix”; GO’s first release carried a Gilbert, Arizona dateline. From December 2020 GO’s releases name Bill Derwin as chief executive, and Imperial still quoted him as CEO in December 2023. GO’s releases place its headquarters in Denver from 2021, and its 2024 release and website terms give an address in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The company you contract with is “GO Car Wash Management, LLC” in both sets of terms, but “GO Car Wash Management, Corp” in the privacy policy.

GO’s size, in its own releases and pages, by date:

**GO Car Wash location counts in its own releases, Imperial Capital’s release and GO’s website**

| Date | Where GO or Imperial said it | Locations |
| --- | --- | --- |
| August 26, 2020 | Bee Clean release | 31 |
| August 11, 2021 | Rio Car Wash release | 60 |
| October 13, 2021 | Royal Car Wash release | 77 |
| April 21, 2022 | Valley View release | 100 |
| May 5, 2022 | Third-anniversary release (operating sites) | 106 |
| September 9, 2022 | Wash N’ Go Depot release | 115 |
| January 19, 2023 | Moreno Valley Car Wash release | 126 |
| December 12, 2023 | Imperial Capital release on the growth investment | 142 |
| August 7, 2024 | 150th-location release | 150 |
| Read 16 October 2026 | GO’s home, story and membership pages | 156 |

By our arithmetic, that is 125 more locations than in August 2020, but only 6 more than in August 2024: the fast growth was in 2020 to 2022, when the buying was. GO’s 2024 release broke its 150 sites down by region. Grouped by state, by our arithmetic, Texas had 59 (39.3%), Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska 29, New York 26, Virginia and West Virginia 18, Southern California 9, Las Vegas 6 and Oregon 3. The home page also claims “500K+ Members” and “50M+ Cars Washed”; the page gives no basis for either figure.

## Where GO’s own pages disagree

Read side by side on 16 October 2026, GO’s documents conflict or leave gaps on these points. Where one matters to you, get GO’s answer in writing.

- **Cancel deadline.** 5 business days before renewal (terms), 7 business days (FAQ), or “at any time prior to your next billing cycle” online (the terms’ California section).
- **Billing cycle.** “Every 30 days” (terms) or monthly on your anniversary date (FAQ).
- **Transfers.** Transfer to a new vehicle at a location (terms) or “not transferable” (FAQ).
- **Extra cars.** “Adding vehicles is straightforward” (blog), but one vehicle per membership and no multi-car price (terms, FAQ).
- **Price notice.** At least 21 days (membership terms) or “without notice” (website terms).
- **Where it works.** “Any GO Car Wash location nationwide” (terms, FAQ) or “participating locations” (terms, membership page).
- **Who you contract with.** An LLC in both sets of terms, a Corp in the privacy policy.
- **States.** The fleet page names 10 states and then says “across 9 states”; Imperial’s 2023 release listed 8.
- **Age.** “5 Years And Counting” on the home page; first wash in 2019, 7 years before 2026 by our arithmetic. The founding date is February 19, 2019 (Imperial’s launch release), “early 2019” or “May 5, 2019” (GO releases).
- **Guarantees.** A “48hr Guarantee” on the Oregon menu is not defined anywhere we read.
- **Empty pages.** “Acquisitions” and “Refund and Cancellation Policy” pages showed only their headings.

We read other chains’ own membership terms on separate pages: [Quick Quack](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/quick-quack-car-wash/), [Club Car Wash](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/club-car-wash/), [Flagship Carwash](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/flagship-carwash/), [Whistle Express](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/whistle-express-car-wash/), [Crew Carwash](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/crew-carwash/) and [Zips](https://baronauto1.com/car-care/zips-car-wash/).

## Before you join, and if your wash just became a GO

- **Ask the site for the price.** GO prices by region and location; the website sends you to a regional store.
- **Former member of a bought wash?** Ask which GO plan and price you are on now, and get it by email.
- **Note your renewal date.** Cancel at least 7 business days before it to meet both of GO’s deadlines.
- **One car per membership.** Ride-share and other commercial cars need a business or fleet plan.
- **Keep the plate clean and visible.** The cameras need “a clean, unobstructed view”; without a rear plate you get a windshield sticker.
- **Selling the car?** Remove the sticker and cancel or transfer in person; charges run until you do.

## Common questions

### Who owns GO Car Wash?

Imperial Capital Group Ltd., a Toronto private equity firm, launched GO in 2019 from its Fund VII and listed the investment as active when we read its site on 16 October 2026. An unnamed private investment firm made a growth investment in December 2023; the terms were not disclosed.

### What happened to my old car wash membership after GO bought my wash?

No GO document we read says. Its releases describe the washes joining “the GO Car Wash family” and carrying on “under the GO Car Wash name,” and GO’s current terms apply to anyone who enrolls in a GO membership. Ask a GO site which plan you are on and what it costs, and check your card statement.

### How do I cancel my GO Car Wash membership?

Online at gocarwash.com, at any GO location, or through customer support, at least 5 business days before your renewal date under GO’s terms; the FAQ asks for 7. You keep washing until the paid period ends, and GO gives no refunds for unused days.

### Can I use my GO membership at any location?

GO’s terms and FAQ say yes, “at any GO Car Wash location nationwide,” with the same wash package you signed up for. The terms and membership page also refer to “participating” locations, so check before relying on a site far from home.

### Does one membership cover more than one car?

No. GO’s terms say each membership “is valid for one personal-use vehicle,” and the FAQ says a plan “is for one vehicle only.” GO’s blog mentions adding vehicles, but no page we read prints a price for a second car.

### Will GO Car Wash pay if the wash damages my car?

The membership terms don’t say how a claim works. They exclude damage from pre-existing conditions, aftermarket parts such as racks and antennas, loose parts, retractable mirrors and running boards, unsecured items and the driver’s own driving, and say use is “at your own risk.” Report damage to the site manager before you leave and keep a written record.
