Worth being blunt about, because the pages competing with this one are not. Three things the figures above genuinely do not establish.

They are not failure rates. NHTSA publishes complaint counts, not the number of vehicles sold. Without a denominator, a year with more Sorentos on the road will tend to collect more complaints than a year with fewer, independent of quality.
